Interaction with representatives of NABCONS
Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) hosted an interaction with representatives of NABCONS, in the presence of Ms. Nisha Dhawal, First Secretary (Development Partnership), Embassy of India in Nepal, to discuss the proposed Agro-Industry Park in Chitwan on 30 October 2026 at the NICCI Secretariat.
The discussion focused on agricultural infrastructure, food processing, quality standards, logistics, farmer inclusion, and opportunities for private sector participation. The interaction also explored potential areas of collaboration with NICCI's member network and relevant industry stakeholders to support the project's development.
The NICCI delegation comprised Mr. Kunal Kayal, President; Mr. Barnan Lamichhane, Secretary General; and Mr. Rajan Sharma, Advisor.
