The 22nd Annual General Meeting of Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NICCI) held on Thursday 17th November 2016 (2073 Mangsir 2) at Hotel Annapurna, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. Chief Guest Mr. Naindra Prasad Upadhyay, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce inaugurated the Inaugural Session by lighting the Panus. Chief Guest Mr. Upadhyay appreciated the work done by NICCI in the field enhancing Trade and economic relations with India especially the effort on forming a Joint Working Group of FNCCI, CNI, NCC and NICCI and suggestion presented to the Ministry for Renewal of Trade Treaty with India and IGC was much more helpful. Guest of Honour His Excellency Mr. Ranjit Rae also appreciated for the active engagement of NICCI in resolving the issues related to bilateral trade and investment. Officiating President of FNCCI Mrs. Bhawani Rana expressed that since NICCI has been actively involving resolving issues related to bilateral trade, FNCCI also wish to work jointly with NICCI in the days ahead.
